a Peppermint-flavored coffee martini

1 oz. city girl Cold press Concentrate

¾ oz. Peppermint Syrup 

2 oz. Chocolate Vodka

2 oz.  Half & Half

Chocolate Sauce for Drizzle

Martini Glass

  1. Fill Cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Drizzle side of two martini glasses with chocolate syrup.

  3. Pour coffee, peppermint syrup, chocolate vodka and half & half into shaker. Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds.

  4. Strain contents of cocktail shaker into chocolate drizzled martini glass.⁠

  5. Enjoy!⁠


The Insta graham

A s’mores inspired coffee martini

1 1/2 oz. Vodka

2 oz. Cold Brew Concentrate

1/2 tsp. Cocoa powder

1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao - our favorite is from Tattersall

4 oz. Coconut Milk 

Rim with chocolate sauce & crushed graham crackers

Garnish with toasted marshmallow

  1. Dip rim of martini glass in chocolate sauce and then in graham crackers to coat.

  2. Add vodka, cold brew, cocoa powder, creme de cacao and coconut milk to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to combine.

  3. Pour mixture into glass.

  4. Toast marshmallow in oven or with kitchen torch and place in cocktail

  5. Serve.

2 oz. City Girl Scooter Espresso⁠ Blend or 4 oz. strongly brewed City Girl coffee⁠

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk⁠

2 tablespoons pumpkin puree⁠

1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric⁠

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice⁠

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon⁠

1-2 teaspoon(s) maple syrup⁠ Pinch of black pepper⁠ Whipped cream⁠ ⁠

  1. Heat almond milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.⁠

  2. Add remaining ingredients through black pepper.⁠

  3. Simmer for 2 minutes, whisking until frothy.⁠

  4. Add City Girl Espresso or strongly brewed City Girl coffee of choice to your mug. Top with almond milk mixture. ⁠

  5. Garnish with whipped cream, and a dash of cinnamon and turmeric.⁠

  6. Enjoy!⁠

a halloween twist to our City girl espresso martini

2 oz. Vanilla Vodka

2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream

2 oz. City Girl Cold Brew or Strongly Brewed Espresso

Simple Syrup

Martini Glass

Place simple syrup in a shallow dish. Add orange sugar sprinkles to a second shallow dish. Coat the rim of your martini glasses with simple syrup then dip in sprinkles to coat.

  1. Pour vodka, Baileys and coffee into a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add ice to shaker, shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

  3. Strain contents of cocktail shaker into sprinkled martini glasses.⁠

  4. Enjoy!⁠


The Nutty Irishwoman

The Nutty Irishwoman

1.5 oz. Irish Whisky (Jameson)

1 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur (Baileys)

1 oz. Frangelico

1 c. Strong, freshly brewed city girl coffee

Garnish – Whipped Cream & Grated Nutmeg

  1. Pour the liquor and liqueurs into the warmed coffee mug or Irish coffee glass.

  2. Fill with the coffee and stir well, leaving room for cream on top.

  3. Whip the cold cream until thick, but not stiff; it should still be able to run off of a spoon. Set aside. Tip: The key to success for whipped cream is to keep it very cold, so put your whisk and a stainless steel bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes before.

  4. Hold a spoon upside down over the coffee, the tip touching the glass edge and the surface of coffee. Gently pour the cream over the back of the spoon, allowing it to gently pool on top of the coffee; filling to the top of the mug. Do not stir.

  5. Dust with grated nutmeg.

2 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur (Baileys)

½ oz. torani peppermint syrup 

1 oz. Vanilla Vodka

1 oz. City Girl Cold Press Concentrate

½ oz. Chocolate Liqueur

½ oz. Cream

Garnish – Peppermint Whipped Cream & Green Sprinkles

1. Shake all ingredients in martini shaker

2. Top with Garnish

4 tsp. simple syrup

8-10 mint leaves

3 oz. Crooked Water Spirits Kings Point Bourbon

3 oz. Strongly brewed City Girl coffee

Club soda

Ice

Mint leaves for garnish

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle simple syrup and mint together.

  2. Add bourbon and coffee to cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.

  3. Fill two Julep or Rocks glasses with ice. Strain contents of cocktail shaker evenly between two glasses over ice.

  4. Top with club soda and garnish with fresh mint.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

Sparkling Cold Brew with Fresh Mint

2 oz. Cold Brew Concentrate

1 oz. Simple Syrup

4 oz. Club soda

ice

Fresh Mint sprig

  1. Fill champagne glass half full with ice.

  2. Add cold brew and simple syrup to glass.

  3. Top with club soda.

  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

  5. Serve.

1/4 oz. Torani lavender syrup

1/4 oz. torani blackberry syrup

1/4 oz. torani white chocolate syrup

4 oz. city girl cold press concentrate

8 oz. dairy of choice

ice

whipped cream & Sprinkles

  1. Fill a 16 oz. cup 1/2 way with ice.

  2. Add flavored syrups and cold brew concentrate to cup. Stir to combine.

  3. Fill remainder of the cup with choice of dairy and top with whipped cream and sprinkles.

  4. Enjoy!

1.5 oz. vanilla vodka⁠

1 oz. Kahlua⁠

1 shot City Girl Scooter Blend Espresso⁠*

Simple syrup⁠

Dash of peppermint extract⁠

Pink sugar sprinkles⁠

  1. Place simple syrup and a dash of peppermint extract in a shallow dish. Add pink sugar sprinkles to a second shallow dish. Coat the rim of your martini glass with simple syrup then dip in sprinkles to coat. ⁠

  2. Pour vodka, Kahlua, and City Girl Scooter Blend Espresso into a cocktail shaker.

  3. Add ice to shaker, place the lid on, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.⁠

  4. Strain contents of cocktail shaker into martini glass.⁠

  5. Enjoy!⁠

    *You can substitute Scooter Blend Espresso shot with 1 oz. strongly brewed City Girl Coffee of choice if you don't have an espresso machine.⁠
